Babes in Toyland!
The Gingerbread Players present Victor Herbert’s beloved comic operetta Babes in Toyland.
Audiences will delight in familiar tunes such as “Toyland” and “March of the Toys,” arranged by the late William Ryden to showcase the Players’ unique blend of child and adult talents. A gallery of familiar storybook characters peoples this tale of good triumphant over wickedness, as the shepherdess Bo-Peep evades the wiles of her grasping guardian, Barnaby, with the aid of Tom-Tom the piper’s son and the mysterious Toymaker.
There is a suggested donation of $15 ($12 for groups of six or more).
